Actors release forms

Before we can film anyone or any part of a film it is important that all actors involved in the film sign an actors release form. if the actor is older then 18 then their own signature will do however if they are younger then a second signature is needed from the parent or guardian of the actor.
Actor release forms are important at it gives the crew the right to film that person and for the film to be shown by the public. With out these forms then it could be possible for the actors to sue the crew as they haven't agreed for themselves to be shown in public. It also give the actors a change to read the terms and conditions and what filming this film means to them.
If you sign the actors release form you no longer have the right to disagree or agree  to the final film. you are also gaining knowledge that the production company is professional

Our film includes 2 actors so before we could start shooting our film we had to make sure we had a signed signature from both then and their parents as they are under the age of sixteen.
Here is the proof that we got them to sign a actors release form.

In my next post I will talk about the shooting schedule
