An animatic is a story board that has been brought to life. It is when each scene from the storyboard is brought together. Animatic is when you add in what will be included in the film such as the camera movement, dialogue, sound track, sound effects indents and titles . By creating an animatic it allows the crew to see where each element is placed in the film so they can refer back to it if they need to and also check to see if anything needs changing before starting the filming it also helps the sound composers now what type of music will be need to be created. To me the animatic is the most important start of creating a film as it give you an insight into how the film will look when it has been completed.
