Anamatic

Fatal Envy the animatic.
Here is our animatic we created for fatal envy. We as a group spent lunch time upon lunchtime working out how long we wanted each shot length to be ,uploading the image to the final cut software, figuring out what sound track and sound effect we wanted use and then finally putting them all together to create this amazing animatic Enjoy!

We as a group showed our animatic to the rest of our class to see what they though about it and to be honest we had some mixed opinions here is what they said.

Is the narrative clear?
This was a hard question as some people in the class understood the narrative completely to the very last detail. where as others said that the image wasn't clear enough. I think though to make every one happy if we ever make an animatic again we will have to make sure that all the images a clear to the last detail.

Have the group framed the images appropriately?
We had mixed opinions on this question also were some of our class mates said that our shot types were clear and could easily be understood where as other said they weren't appropriate.

Has the group chosen the most effective shot type?
We had some positive feed back on this question as most of our class mates said that  the shot types we have chosen to work will be effective to the audience. However our class warned us that the idea of using a 360- degree shot may prove to be tricky and hard to recreate. However we won't know if we don't try.

Is the film opening around 2 minuets in length?
Our film opening should be around the time of 2:09 however this is going of how long our final animatic was once we have added the film title and indent our opening film will be at 2:15 which should be okay.

Does the sound track effectively support the action?
All our peers seemed to agree that the sound track worked with action tremendously however when it comes to the editing process we will have to make sure that the stingers in the music is timed probably with the action.

Does the animatic suggest that they are ready for the shooting stage of production?
All our class mates agreed with each other when it came to this question they all said that they though we were ready for filming however need to make sure we pay attention to mice en scene

In my next post I will talk about risk assessments
